Where do you deliver to?

Loos 'R' Us work within the south and south east of the UK, roughly speaking this means we can supply your toilets if you're in Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Sussex, London (south, west and central) and Oxfordshire. It's always worth checking with us though - have your postcode handy!

How much does it cost to deliver/collect?

Our week-day delivery and collection charges are based on where your event is and what sort of toilets you are hiring (so we know which vehicles we need to use for transport). Please telephone us for more information.

Can you deliver on a next-day basis?

We always do our best to meet all delivery requests, and can usually arrange delivery for next day - however, it does depend on the location of your venue and the number of toilets required. Please do let us know about your event as far in advance as possible.

Can I hire toilets without an account?

To hire products from us you do not need an account. We ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking, and payment in full is due two weeks before the event date.

How can I pay you?

We can accept credit/debit card payment over the telephone, a cheque in advance or a BACS payment. Please telephone us for further information.

Do I need to supply electric for the toilet?

Electricity is only required for the trailer toilets - these need a power supply to operate the the lights and the pump. The single event toilets do not need electric, however, if you hire lighting for them, they will need to be plugged in somewhere. Our event toilets have a transparent roof, and if placed near/underneath a light source, should be ok for a night-time event.

What does the hire-rate include?

When we quote you for toilet hire, it will be on a 'per week' basis. This charge remains the same if you have the toilet for one day up to a maximum of seven days (to include only one weekend). Included in the hire rate is the toilet and consumables - for example, toilet rolls, soap and hand-towels. Delivery and collection is extra.

I am having an event that lasts several days, will the toilet need servicing and emptying?

If you are using your toilets over a number of days, we would recommend requesting service. This is an additional charge, but is when our drivers visit your site to empty the waste tank of your toilet and replenish the consumables (hand towels, soap and toilet rolls). This is highly advisable to keep your facilities fresh and clean for your visitors.
